Dolores Peña is a Global Materials Manager with deep expertise in inventory optimization and supply chain transformation. Over the past three years, she has led six successful global rollouts of Demand-Driven Material Requirements Planning (DDMRP), helping organizations improve operational efficiency, reduce risk from demand variability, and unlock sustainable performance.

Her passion lies in building resilient, demand-driven supply chains that deliver measurable value at scale. Beyond implementation, she is a recognized advocate for inclusivity in supply chain leadership, serving as an active member of the ASCM Houston Women in Supply Chain Committee and as Vice President of Membership for ASCM Houston.

Outside of work, Dolores brings the same energy and discipline to her personal life—leading group exercise classes, nurturing her garden, and enjoying a good mystery novel.
