Non-Member Upgrade Bundle*: Late Registration:  $4,349/ Early Bird $4,199 Includes Exam Voucher and 1-year ASCM Plus membership

         *For a limited time, free second chance exam if needed.

 *Note: Exam voucher will be awarded first week of class and students will have 180 days to schedule and take exam or exam credit is voided.  The 2nd Chance Exam (retake), if issued, will be valid for 6 months. No transfer of exam credit allowed, and no portion of exam credit is refundable after the first day of class.  Bundle Course attendees must maintain an ASCM Certification Plus Membership valid for 90 days after the course end (to allow for use of exam credit). if utilizing the second chance exam credit membership must be current when taking the test.

Once your application is approved, you will receive a unique scholarship code to use during registration.
Only one scholarship may be applied per class.

Available Scholarships

• Seeking Work (Unemployed): $450 off
• Veteran / Active Military: $950 off
• Disability: Discount equal to your documented disability percentage, up to $600 off

Attendance earns 40 Continuing Education Units (CEU's) toward all ASCM Certification maintenance requirements.

• Cancellations received more than 7 days before the class start date are eligible for a full refund, less a 3% restocking/processing fee based on the amount paid.
  Example: If the class starts on a Friday, a cancellation must be received by the Thursday of the previous week to qualify.
• Cancellations received 4–7 days before the class start date are eligible for a 50% refund based on the registration fee paid, less a 3% restocking/processing fee. ASCM Houston will arrange delivery of any educational materials included with the registration.
• Cancellations received within 3 days of the class start date are non-refundable.
  Example: If the class starts on Friday, cancellations received on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday are non-refundable. ASCM Houston will arrange delivery of any educational materials included with the registration.
• Cancellations or no-shows once the class has started are non-refundable. ASCM Houston will arrange delivery of educational materials. The student may transfer the registration to a future class of the same or lower price.
• Individuals who discontinue attendance for personal reasons after the class has started will not receive a refund. The student may transfer the registration to a future class of the same or lower price.

·       If ASCM Houston requires to cancel an event, it will notify attendees as soon as possible and will issue a 100% refund.

·       Any request for exceptions will be at the solely discretion of the ASCM Houston chapter

·       Due to planned or unplanned situations, ASCM Houston can modify class format, location, time before class starts. ASCM Houston will notify impacted students as soon as possible and will offer 100% refunds.
