About the Speaker:

Sharon Ilan is the Co-founder & CEO of Alora, an AI company built for supply-chain operations. Before Alora she spent twenty years inside supply chain and operations, from global operations at Better Place, to a global rollout at GreenRoad serving thousands of customers, to taking a medical-robotics company from founding through IPO. That path shaped Alora’s core belief: the hard part of AI in supply chain isn’t the model, it’s the people, the ownership, and the data. Sharon works with complex manufacturers managing thousands of BOM lines, and shares what she’s learned about making AI adoption real: practical, field-tested, and honest about what doesn’t work.
