Dates: Tuesday, September 7, 2027 – Tuesday, December 7, 2027

Days/Time: Tuesdays, 6:00–9:00 pm Central

No class: None scheduled

COMMITMENT: 42 class hours (14 sessions)

DEADLINES

Scholarship application and documentation due: Saturday, August 7, 2027, by 11:59 pm Central

VR&E authorization due (VA-funded students): Tuesday, August 17, 2027

Early Bird Registration ends: Saturday, August 21, 2027, at 11:59 pm Central

Regular Registration: August 22 – August 30, 2027

Late Registration ($150 late fee applies): August 31 – September 3, 2027

Registration closes: September 3, 2027, at 11:59 pm Central (no registrations accepted within 3 days of class start)

Note: In order to qualify for member pricing, student must have an active annual membership.

ASCM Houston Members Basic: Early Bird $2,465 / Regular $2,615 / Late $2,765 (Exam not included.)

Non-Member Basic: Early Bird $2,715 / Regular $2,865 / Late $3,015. Includes 1-year ASCM membership. (Exam not included.)

ASCM Houston Members Upgrade Bundle*: Early Bird $3,390 / Regular $3,540 / Late $3,690. Includes Exam Voucher**.

VR&E (Veteran Readiness and Employment) Rate: $2,615. Includes instruction and books (exam and membership not included). Available to students funded through the VA VR&E program; VA authorization required.

**For a limited time, free second chance exam if needed.

*Note: Exam voucher will be awarded the first week of class, and students will have 180 days to schedule and take the exam or exam credit is voided. The 2nd Chance Exam (retake), if issued, will be valid for 6 months. No transfer of exam credit allowed, and no portion of exam credit is refundable after the first day of class. Bundle course attendees must maintain an ASCM Plus Membership valid for 90 days after the course end (to allow for exam credit). If utilizing the second chance exam credit, membership must be current when taking the test.

Scholarship deadline: Your online application AND supporting documentation must be received by Saturday, August 7, 2027, at 11:59 pm Central. Scholarship deadlines fall on the Saturday before the 30-day mark ahead of the class start date. Late applications cannot be considered for this class.

Once your application is approved, you will receive a unique scholarship code to use during registration.

Only one scholarship may be applied per class.

Students receiving educational benefits through the Department of Veterans Affairs' Veteran Readiness and Employment (VR&E) program are not eligible for ASCM Houston Chapter scholarships.

•        Seeking Work (Unemployed): $450 off

•        Veteran / Active Military: $950 off

•        Disability: Discount equal to your documented disability percentage, up to $600 off

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations received more than 7 days before the class start date are eligible for a full refund, less a 3% restocking/processing fee based on the amount paid.

Example: If the class starts on a Friday, a cancellation must be received by the Thursday of the previous week to qualify.

Cancellations received 4–7 days before the class start date are eligible for a 50% refund based on the registration fee paid, less a 3% restocking/processing fee. ASCM Houston will arrange delivery of any educational materials included with the registration.

Cancellations received within 3 days of the class start date are non-refundable.

Example: If the class starts on Friday, cancellations received on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday are non-refundable. ASCM Houston will arrange delivery of any educational materials included with the registration.

Cancellations or no-shows once the class has started are non-refundable. ASCM Houston will arrange delivery of educational materials. The student may transfer the registration to a future class of the same or lower price.

Individuals who discontinue attendance for personal reasons after the class has started will not receive a refund. The student may transfer the registration to a future class of the same or lower price.

If ASCM Houston needs to cancel an event, it will notify attendees as soon as possible and will issue a 100% refund.
